The Next Three Days 2010

A woman named Lara Brennan, played by Elizabeth Banks, inadvertently finds herself at a crime scene where a murder has taken place. The killer flees, and Lara, oblivious to everything, moves the object that led to the murder, resulting in all the evidence pointing to her, and she is subsequently arrested on charges of murder.
